General:: The battery arrived in good order and is working well. It was effortless to order it on line and have it delivered to my mail box in the country by rural post. Previous to this I had attempted to order it from a retail shop in Ak city. I was told that they did not have one in stock and would order it and give me a call we it arrived expected to have been in two weeks from the phone call. Two and a half months later I get a phone call asking did I still want the battery. This was a day after I actually ordered it online from Batter Upgrade. All the time I did not have use of my cell phone due to battery failure. I had great priviledge in telling them that I did not want their product as I had ordered one online which was due to arrive in a week and a half which it did. Next time I have a need for any batteries at all I will be ordering on line from Battery Upgrade.
