I turned to BatteryUpgrade.com out of desperation; my 74-year old father had been spending days in the killer Delhi summer (45-deg C) heat trying to find a replacement battery for his Acer Aspire laptop. I ordered a replacement battery for my dad's Acer Aspire 5500 laptop. I got a battery that had even more juice than the one it replaced. If I remember correctly, the battery was delivered on the 7th or 8th day, well within the stipulated 14.
