The shipping details on the website state delivery in a week but it took longer and there is no possibility to track the order. Please be aware that the part numbers can change. I my case I had contacted support for a part but when I tried to order it the part was no longer availible. There was a new partnumber (other brand) with the same specs, so it was no problem, but remember to always check what you are buying.
