I had to clean and pull out a bit the contacts of the Toshiba battery. It was a petty there was no specific installation manual for the M505 model (although I found one in another seller's site through some googling). The goods took some time to be delivered but the service was helpful and reassuring. The batteries were properly packaged for shipping. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience. Would buy again.
